People. Process. Purpose. At 3PCore, we believe trust is built on strong foundations. We care about creating structures that ensure organisations are honest, resilient, and capable of making decisions that stand up to scrutiny.
About Us
Why we started 3PCore
3PCore was founded because we’ve seen firsthand both strong organisations and poorly run ones - and the difference always comes down to structure and integrity. When governance slips, processes become opaque, employees stop speaking up, and leaders lose credibility. That doesn’t just affect performance; people lose trust in their leaders, in themselves, and in the organisation as a whole.
Tessa Caussyram, Managing Partner
My career has taken me from governance and strategy roles in the NHS and private healthcare, to healthcare transformation at KPMG, to senior operations and strategy positions in international education and F&B companies across the UK and Singapore.
Educated at a GDST school and Imperial College London, and holding a Masters in Healthcare Leadership, I’ve built my career around combining analytical thinking with a people-first approach. I’ve led small and large teams, overseen complex restructures, guided governance and compliance, and strengthened systems across finance, HR, legal, estates, and operations.
Across every organisation I’ve worked with, and in my work as an integrity coach supporting individuals through complex professional decisions, I’ve seen the impact that effective alignment can have. Whether resolving long-standing operational issues, redesigning people-centred systems, or supporting leaders through significant organisational change, I’ve always believed that clarity, compassion, and accountability must work together. These experiences have taught me one thing clearly: organisations succeed when people, process, and purpose are aligned - and they falter when those connections break down.
3PCore exists to help leaders build the systems that keep those connections strong, so integrity is not an aspiration but a daily practice.
Sheerwan O’Shea-Nejad, Managing Partner
I’ve spent my career in education, working internationally in the UK, China, and Singapore and within some of the most respected schools in the world. Through teaching and leadership roles, I’ve seen how strongly organisational outcomes are shaped by governance, incentives, and the cultural signals people absorb from their environment.
Educated at Highgate School, UCL, and the University of Oxford, my background in economics and development has given me a clear understanding of how incentives influence behaviour. I’ve used this to help organisations recognise how their structures drive decision-making - both the intended and the unintended - and how to design systems that support the outcomes they actually want. This perspective also shaped my work founding OxPrep, an AI-powered Oxbridge preparation platform.
Across my roles, I’ve developed a strong ability to surface cultural blind spots, identify structural drivers of underperformance, and build environments where expectations, accountability, and wellbeing reinforce one another. When organisations achieve this alignment, they become stronger, fairer, and more effective.
At 3PCore, I use this experience to help leaders build systems that align incentives, strengthen governance, and support sustainable, high-performing cultures. Integrity shouldn’t rely on good intentions - it should be designed into how organisations work.
