Why we started 3PCore
3PCore is led by Managing Partners with complementary experience across governance, incentives, and organisational design. Together, they work with leaders on the structural issues that shape behaviour, decision-making, and long‑term performance - particularly in complex, regulated, or high‑stakes environments.
